Business and Planning Bill 2020 - 22nd July 2020

The Business and Planning Bill 2020 changes to the licensing and planning regimes in England, in order to support economic recovery and growth as the UK recovers from the disruption caused by COVID-19.

The bill includes: 

- Construction working hours 

- Extensions of certain planning permissions

- Pavement licenses
