The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 give rights of public access to Environmental Information held by each partnership authority.
A request for Environmental Information can be made either verbally or in writing and we must respond within 20 working days.
We reserve the right to charge for the provision of Environmental Information particularly where the amount of information required is substantial and will take longer than one hour to retrieve. We will charge for the time it takes officers and our minimum charge is for two hours, in order to locate the information and put in an appropriate format. Please refer to our fees and charges.
We will not respond to requests to interpret or give an opinion on the Environmental Information that we hold.
