Once you have completed the online application form, we will need to verify your ID against your DBS application. We will require 3 forms of identity, 1 must be photo ID. If you don’t have this combination the following link will detail what documents we can accept:
The 3 forms of identity must be originals and must be presented in person to this Office.
Please email Licence.All@Bracknell-Forest@gov.uk to arrange a mutually convenient appointment for you to bring in your 3 original identity documents. The DBS will only be processed when we have verified your identity documentation and received payment.
