Environmental Health are non-statutory consultees for planning applications through development control. We are consulted by each local planning authority in the Public Protection Partnership area and we assess each application for environmental issues such as:
- noise (construction and operational phases)
- contaminated land
- dust
- odour
- light nuisance and
- air quality.
