Animal Wardens Shocked at Amount of Dog Mess Along Pathway in Newbury

Do you recognise this spot? It’s a path that joins Mill Lane, Windsor Court and Carpenters Close in Newbury.

Do you have any information which could help us identify the culprit(s) who are repeatedly letting their dog foul this area and not pick up? Leaving dog mess is unacceptable, unpleasant and is dangerous.

We appreciate that most dog owners are responsible individuals, but unfortunately there are still some people who think they shouldn’t have to clean up after their dog, and they have no consideration for their neighbours and neighbourhood.

Our animal wardens visited the site today to highlight spray all the fouling, they were shocked at the volume of dog mess in a relatively small area. They will be along on a regular basis to monitor and patrol the area.

If you have any information which could help us identify the individual(s) responsible then please contact us on 01635 519171 or email ehadvice@westberks.gov.uk
