Be wary of Scam emails supposedly from Facebook
We received our own scam email today supposedly from Facebook regarding our PPP account.
It read:
"Dear,
We wanted to reach out to you regarding your Facebook account. Our security team has identified activity on your account that may violate our Community Standards and Policies.
As a result, we have temporarily restricted your ability to add new Facebook accounts. We take this step to protect our community and maintain the integrity of our platform.
To help resolve this issue, please review our Community Standards and Policies and make any necessary changes to your account. If you believe that this restriction has been applied in error, you can appeal the decision by submitting a request through our Help Center.
Confirm
This is a final warning: if no action is taken, your account will be permanently erased within the next 24 hours.

Remember -
- Always take a minute before clicking on any links contained in unsolicited emails you receive
- Be wary of emails that threaten deletion of accounts with deadlines unless you click on their link
- Verify yourself via a different source, not anything contained within the email. In this case I logged into our Facebook account and all was well.
