18 August 2020- Bracknell Forest Business Survey

Bracknell Forest Business Survey

Businesses across Bracknell Forest are being asked to take part in an impact survey in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Coronavirus has had a massive effect on our business community. Many businesses have been forced to close during lockdown, whilst some have had to change their business models to remain operational. Essential businesses have had to implement change to meet government guidelines. Many have had to furlough staff, change working patterns and working conditions.

Marc Brunel-Walker, Executive Member for Economic Development and Regeneration said:

“This survey aims to help the council to further understand the impact of the pandemic on the businesses in our borough. The council will use the results of the survey to help signpost businesses to the support available as well as plan for what measures are needed to assist recovery.

“The survey will ask how businesses have coped through the lockdown, what plans look like and whether they have accessed any support. You can reach the survey on our consultation portal: bit.ly/BracknellBusinessSurvey until 31 August 2020. Responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and we urge local businesses to take part.”
