This in turn has led to an increase in unscrupulous puppy farms popping up to meet the demand, and illegal puppy imports. Puppies bred on puppy farms are much more likely to have serious, often fatal, health issues as well as social and behavioural problems. We’re urging everyone who’s looking for a new dog to follow some simple guidelines when purchasing.
